Return & Refund Policy
If you would like to return or exchange an item, please email your request to Support@elajo.club and include your original order number in the subject line.
Note: Items purchased on elajo.club are eligible for returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You will need your receipt or proof of purchase to complete the return or exchange.
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items are not eligible for refunds. Please note that all Elajo accessories are final.
Returns and Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Once we receive your return, we will, at our sole discretion, approve or deny your refund request and notify you via email of the approval. If your refund request is approved, we will process your refund and automatically credit your original payment method within 30 days.
If you have not received your refund within 30 days of receiving refund approval, please contact your bank, as it may take some time for the refund to be credited to your account. If you've completed all steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at Support@elajo.club and we'll be happy to help!
Returns and Exchanges
Your item must be unused and in its original packaging to be eligible for an exchange. Your exchange request will be approved at our sole discretion.
To request an exchange, please email Support@elajo.club and ship your original item to the return address listed below. Please note that we only exchange defective or damaged items.
Return and Exchange Shipping Costs
Elajo will only cover the return shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect items and reserves the right to exchange defective or damaged items at our sole discretion.
For all other returns or exchanges of unused products, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, we will refund the price of the returned product.
If you are shipping an item valued at over $75, please consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Elajo is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you would like to exchange a defective or damaged item, please send a photo or short video of the defect or damage to Support@elajo.club. Please include your original order number in the subject line.
Late Returns and Exchanges
If more than 90 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Final Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are refundable; sale items are not refundable. Please note that all Stojo accessories are final.
Gifts
If the item you are returning was purchased as a gift and sent directly to you, we will refund the original card used for the order or an Elajo gift card, valid only for purchases made through our website (https://www.elajo.club).
