Shipping Policy

We offer global shipping via DHL Ecom, covering both domestic and international shipping. Orders are fulfilled and shipped during business hours Monday through Friday (excluding US holidays). Once an order is placed, we aim to ship within 24 business days.

US Orders

During checkout, you will see that standard shipping is via DHL Ecom Domestic.

International Orders

International orders are shipped via DHL Ecom International. Please see pricing and options at checkout.

US and International Bulk Orders

For cafe and wholesale orders, we ship via USPS and FedEx. Pricing options for standard and expedited shipping will be displayed at checkout.

Gift Cards

Shipping is free on our digital gift cards. We do not currently offer physical gift cards. All gift card sales are final. No returns or refunds are accepted.
